Another dandy blow-by-blow from Shelley:
“Darcy is exactly correct regarding Mountain Dew. Here in Canada, there is no caffeine in Mountain Dew. In the states, it’s HUGELY caffeinated. I worked with guys who practically shot gunned the stuff in Missouri.
I think Terry Fox did lose his right leg. Of course, my memory isn’t what it used to be….
Stand By Me is right up there in my top 10 movies. There is no way that exact ensemble cast would ever be brought together in today’s day and age for the little cost it was back then. Ahhh, the joys of unknown actors…..
Dr.Generosity is an AMAZING restaurant. I LOVE the food there.
Re: podcasts: Will I still be able to get everything from the website? Itunes doesn’t play nice with my work laptop so I don’t use it. I think the TVA Replay has a nice ring to it…
Segways are pretty neat to watch. I’d certainly try one, given the chance. *NERD ALERT* Dancing with the Stars had Steve Wozniak this season and he had several highlights where he was using one.
